Titian exhibit, direct from Venice, opens in the Wagon Wheel Gallery, 10:00-6:00, until the end of January

"Vienna 1900-1930, Interiors, Furniture, and Objects" in Exposition Hall (through Fri. only), 10:00-3:00

Perfect Tommy speaks on "The History of the Pinkertons," Bunkhouse Snack Bar (call Mrs. Johnson for times).

Tea house ceremony at Dr. Banzai's residence (daily weekdays, at 4:30, public invited)

Tuesday/
Visiting Fellow Dr. Dre is in the house for a round table on "Boyz Will Be Boyz: Women and Rap," joined by Susan Faludi, Tumblin' Tumbleweed and Elizabeth Badinter (11:00 am., Rawhide Memorial Lecture Hall, broadcast live by C-SPAN)

"Man-Made Plagues"... a slide presentation by Kaintuck and Reno, back from their fact-finding trip to Africa and Australia. Among topics to be covered: the dramatic explosion of the rabbit population in Australia and the catastrophic spread of the South American water hyacinth in African waterways (2:00, Science Building, Rm. 204)

Wed/
XII International Congress on Indigenous People's Medicine, begins 11 a.m. (through Sunday), Rawhide Memorial Lecture Hall

Fashion preview: First showing of Banzai Institute design team's spring collection, modeled by Institute cadets and fellows (6:30, in the Longhorn Ballroom)

Thurs/
Dr. Banzai's weekly coffee chat at 11:00 a.m., at his residence. To be discussed: his upcoming book Virtual Virtue (call Mrs. Johnson for advance text)

Comic poetry contest, upstairs bunkhouse, 12:00 noon until ??

Cherry tree planting (volunteers needed, call Mrs. Johnson).

Fri/
"Speaking of Books": Andy Garcia on Jorge Luis Borges, 3:00 in the Nobel Trophy Room.

British Film Institute retrospective begins (through December, Gold Nugget Theatre, consult schedule for showings)

In concert, Dr. Banzai and Dr. Dre, 7:30, the dance hall, followed by ice cream social... free to all.

Sat/
Neighborhood clinic, free medical care to all (8:00 a.m. to midnight)

Miscellaneous maintenance to buildings and grounds. (volunteers welcome)

Family party on the lawn (5:00), Dr. Banzai autographs and pictures (public invited)

Sun/
Marksmanship evaluation (all day, firing range)

Aikido competition (all day, gym)

Non-denominational religious service (5:00, in the chapel)

Hong Kong Cavaliers rehearsal (7:15, in the dance hall, public invited)

Lights out (10:00, mandatory)
