What information is there about the Buckaroo Banzai comic book called The Prequel - Of Hunan Bondage (2008)?

This two issue Buckaroo Banzai mini series published by Moonstone Books (http://www.moonstonebooks.com) in 2008 is called The Prequel. The story is called Of Hunan Bondage. Each issue is in color,and there are two different covers for each issue.
