Where do the coordinates for the Jet Car test actually place you on the Earth?

The Coordinates for the Jet Car test in the film place you at Launch Complex 39A, the launch site in Cape Canaveral Florida.

"I've been a fan of Buckaroo Banzai for quite a while. Lately I've increased my awareness of position on Earth (I now have a GPS receiver) and a website called http://www.topozone.com/.

While watching TABB for the umpteenth time I heard the coordinates for the "HB88 IMU alignment in progress".

With my job, I know IMU stands for Inertial Measurement Unit which needs Latitude and Longitude coordinates to align.

The coordinates from the movie are 28 degrees, 36 minutes, and 30.32 seconds North by 80 degrees, 36 minutes, 14.8 seconds West.

These coordinates, according to http://www.topozone.com/ correspond exactly to the Launch Complex 39A launch site in Cape Canaveral Florida from which the Apollo missions and more recently (1981) the Space Shuttle missions have been launched from.
