According to Sharkey, "World Watch Wire" #3 was finished, but never printed or mailed due to financial/real-world constraints. As far as I know, I have the only copy. The three pieces of cover art (wonderful pen-and-ink portraits of Buckaroo, Rawhide, and New Jersey, respectively) were done by Betty Cunningham whose website is http://www.flyinggoat.com."
